Events of the year

Our milestone moments during UITP events

We organised three major milestone events in 2024, the final editions of each of these in their current formats. We brought together key stakeholders, experts and journalists at conferences and exhibitions in Germany, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. All events gathered a high number of visitors from all around the world to discuss key challenges in the urban mobility space and share best practice examples and innovative solutions in the public transport sector.

28 February – 1 March 2024

MENA Transport Congress and Exhibition (MTCE)

Jointly organised and hosted by UITP and the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), brought together over 2,200 participants from 64 countries and focused on sustainable mobility and well-being, reflecting public transport’s unwavering dedication to creating a greener future for urban mobility through cutting-edge technologies, effective policies, and industry best practices.

14-16 May 2024

IT-TRANS

The largest event of its kind dedicated to I.T. and digitalisation in urban mobility, brought together the biggest and brightest names in the sector. Jointly organised and hosted by UITP and Messe Karlsruhe, the ninth edition saw our delegates discuss the next steps in innovation, with a special focus on artificial intelligence.

6-8 November 2024

Singapore International Transport Congress and Exhibition (SITCE)

Jointly hosted by UITP and LTA Singapore, brought together over 1,110 delegates and 4,400 trade visitors to address the challenges and raise solutions to best shape the future of the urban mobility.
